Yuri Morgun co-founded Eurohouse Construction in 2009 and has led the company through 16+ years of growth, delivering over 100 projects across West Vancouver, the North Shore, and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. Under his leadership, Eurohouse has earned 25 industry awards and built a reputation for executing complex, detail-driven construction with precision and accountability.
Leadership & Vision
As Managing Partner, Yuri oversees all aspects of Eurohouse Construction's operations — from initial client consultation and project scoping through construction management and final delivery. His hands-on approach to project leadership ensures that every build meets the company's standards for quality, timeline adherence, and transparent communication.
Yuri's background combines deep technical construction knowledge with disciplined project management. He has personally managed projects ranging from custom hillside residences in the British Properties and Altamont to municipal infrastructure for the Village of Lions Bay, insurance-funded fire and water damage reconstructions, and commercial tenant improvements.
His leadership philosophy centres on accountability: clear scopes, realistic timelines, proactive problem-solving, and direct communication with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
