The ability to secure performance bonds requires demonstrated financial stability, a proven track record of on-budget delivery, and the confidence of a bonding company that the contractor will perform as promised. This is the same standard required for municipal infrastructure projects and insurance-funded restorations — and we apply it to private residential construction as well.
