Eurohouse Construction is delivering the construction of a new municipal washroom and covered pavilion facility at Lions Bay Beach Park, directly on the Howe Sound waterfront. Designed by Nick Bray Architects, the project replaces aging park infrastructure with a durable concrete block and structural steel building, an open-air covered pavilion, granite stair access, and fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — all engineered for the demanding coastal marine environment and year-round public use.

The scope of work encompasses concrete foundations and slabs, reinforced concrete block structural walls with grouted bond beams, structural steel column fabrication and erection, roof framing and assembly with timber-lined soffit, and complete interior servicing for public washroom operations. Eurohouse is also responsible for forming and pouring exterior patios and walkways, constructing granite stair access from the upper park level, integrating barrier-free accessibility features, and coordinating all trades to meet municipal standards, schedule constraints, and quality expectations. Construction on the Howe Sound shoreline requires materials and assemblies rated for marine salt exposure, wind-driven rain, and year-round moisture — a coastal build where long-term durability is the primary performance metric.
