Vio Ous is the Managing Partner of Design and Manufacturing at Eurohouse Construction. He leads high-end European Italian design, oversees custom fabrication of architectural marble, stone, and millwork elements, and manages international material sourcing and supply chain coordination. By bridging the craftsmanship and architectural depth of the Old World with the innovation and building standards of the New World, Vio aligns creative vision with precise construction execution to deliver refined, world-class interiors adapted to Canadian building realities.
Leadership & Approach
Vio leads Eurohouse's design, manufacturing, and international supply operations. His role spans the full lifecycle of interior execution — from initial design concept and material specification through custom fabrication of architectural marble, stone, and millwork elements, to international procurement and final on-site installation.
His international network gives Eurohouse direct access to European workshops and fabricators specializing in natural stone, engineered surfaces, custom cabinetry, architectural hardware, and specialty finishes. Where projects call for high-volume production or cost-efficient manufacturing at scale, Vio also coordinates with established factories in China and other international centres — leveraging their industrial capacity while maintaining strict quality specifications. This diversified supply chain, managed end-to-end by Vio, gives Eurohouse a competitive edge in both material quality and project economics.
On the project side, his focus is on disciplined coordination between design teams, fabrication partners, and on-site trades — ensuring that every detail specified in the design is executed precisely in the build. This integration of design intent, manufacturing precision, and construction execution is what enables Eurohouse to deliver interiors at a level typically associated with European ateliers.
