The Riva Club takes its name — and its entire design DNA — from the legendary Italian Riva speedboats, whose hand-laid mahogany decks and chrome fittings have defined nautical luxury since the 1950s. In this project, Eurohouse designed and installed that same material language into a residential setting: every principal room is lined in high-gloss zebrawood, its dramatic grain mirroring the warmth and movement of Riva's iconic woodwork, set against Calacatta marble floors that glow like a sun-bleached dock.
The centrepiece of the home is the namesake Riva Club bar — a fully custom entertainment lounge clad floor-to-ceiling in polished zebrawood, featuring a glass-topped bar, crystal pendant lighting, a ceiling-mounted projector, and an adjacent glass-enclosed walk-in wine cellar. A Riva boat is permanently projected on the screen — not as decoration, but as a design statement that explains the entire house. Every surface, every joint, every reflection in this room is calibrated to feel like you've stepped below deck on a private yacht anchored in the Mediterranean.
Upstairs, the main living level opens through dramatic vaulted skylights that flood the dining room and living area with natural light, framing panoramic ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass. The chef's kitchen continues the zebrawood-and-marble material palette with a massive island, professional-grade appliances, and an integrated wine column, while a separate wok kitchen handles heavy cooking out of sight. A floating zebrawood study with glass partition walls occupies a mezzanine position overlooking both the ocean and the stairwell below.
The master bathroom completes the material story: zebrawood floating vanity and storage towers set against Nero Marquina black marble floors and shower walls, with white Calacatta countertops providing the contrast. Every room in this home speaks the same language — polished wood, polished stone, chrome, and glass — and every room rewards close inspection.
The main kitchen pairs high-gloss zebrawood cabinetry with a white quartz waterfall island, Calacatta marble backsplash, integrated wine column, and professional-grade stainless steel appliances — all set against a wall of glass overlooking the ocean.
Dramatic vaulted skylights pour natural light into the open dining and living areas, where a glass-topped dining table, floor-to-ceiling wine display, and crystal wall sconces frame uninterrupted ocean views.
A floating zebrawood desk cantilevered from a floor-to-ceiling wood panel wall, with glass partition walls and a mezzanine position overlooking both the ocean and the stairwell below.
The heart and namesake of the home — a fully custom entertainment bar clad in polished zebrawood with a glass-enclosed walk-in wine cellar, crystal pendant lighting, ceiling-mounted projector, and a permanently displayed Riva speedboat on screen.
The zebrawood material palette carries through to the master ensuite and a dedicated prep kitchen — proving that luxury at this level is consistent in every room, not just the showcase spaces.
Every surface references the legendary Riva speedboats — high-gloss zebrawood millwork mirroring Riva's hand-laid mahogany decking, chrome hardware evoking marine fittings, and glass surfaces reflecting light like water. The design concept is carried through every room without exception.
A custom walk-in wine cellar enclosed entirely in glass, with zebrawood framing and individual bottle cradles visible from the bar. The cellar functions as both storage and architecture — a transparent jewel box that becomes part of the bar's visual composition.
The dining and living areas are capped by vaulted skylight structures that pour natural light deep into the floorplate, eliminating the need for artificial lighting during the day and creating dramatic shadow patterns across the marble floors as the sun moves.
Custom high-gloss zebrawood millwork throughout the home — kitchen cabinetry, study desk and wall panels, bathroom vanities, bar surfaces, ceiling panels, and floating shelving. Every piece is bookmatched and finished to a mirror polish that reflects its surroundings.
Floor-to-ceiling glass in the kitchen, dining room, living area, and study captures unobstructed views of the ocean, passing freighters, and the distant shoreline — reinforcing the nautical design concept with a real connection to the water.
A dedicated wok kitchen behind the main show kitchen handles heavy cooking, steam, and strong aromas out of sight — keeping the zebrawood-and-marble main kitchen pristine for entertaining while providing full professional cooking capability.
From concept-driven design to precision millwork fabrication and installation — Eurohouse brings the same obsessive attention to material and craft to every project.
