Before joining the team at CapitalPoint Mortgage Co and founding Access My Home Equity, Igor Morgun was integral in building Eurohouse Interiors to where it is now. Since the very first days of Igor joining Eurohouse Group in 2014, he worked hard to develop new relationships with many industry stakeholders.

Since 2014, the Interiors team at Eurohouse has successfully built key partnerships with many suppliers and manufacturers from Italy, Spain, Portugal, and select Eastern European countries. These partnerships have helped Eurohouse Group create phenomenal projects and elevate the interior design of the local market to new heights.

Igor also contributed to finding new talent and expanding both Eurohouse in-office and in-field teams. Most importantly, his ability to establish new client relationships helped Eurohouse develop new business and further grow the company’s revenues.

The projects led by the Eurohouse Interiors team quickly expanded the Portfolio of Eurohouse Group and contributed to the company’s outstanding growth to become the largest construction company on the North Shore. Many projects by Eurohouse Group were featured in local magazines, awarded multiple trophies throughout the years, and set new standards in building and interior design.

Today, Igor maintains close ties with the team at Eurohouse Group and helps with mortgage financing inquiries as he continues his success in the real estate industry.
